The new Diamond reflectors from Ecotechnics are the result of 15 years of experience in horticultural lighting technology we have designed these reflectors in conjunction with the UK's leading Photometric Laboratory combining our knowledge of horticultural lighting and their state of the art digital 3D Photometric equipment bring you the ver best horticultural reflector design.In Lab tests this reflector produces an average light intensity of uo to 50% more than inferior designs.
here are two variants of the Diamond reflector, the D400 & the D600 because the optimum coverage area for different sze lamps is very different due to differing levels of lamp efficiency, different arc tube lengths etc.
The Diamond 400 has been optimised for use with a 250w/ 400w lamp with a coverage of 1.2 meters square and a mounting height of 30 - 50 cm above plant tops.
The Diamond 600 has been optimised for use with a 600w - 1000w lampo with a coverage of 1.5 meter square and a mounting height of 40 - 60 cm above plant tops.
